TL;DR
Seriously though, same thing happened to me, took delivery 28 days after initial estimate. During 26 of those, dealer had no idea what was going on or when it would arrive. Either they really have no clue or don't bother inquiring deep enough.
Anyways hope you get your car...
Makes sense. In the mean time I've ordered some ebay ones for like 18$ a pair. Let me know what you think about the DD ones when the new design arrives.
I'm guessing you are talking about Petro-Can 94 which is super expensive so unless you want to spend a small fortune on gas save yourself some cash and go with 91
Also, their 94 is made from 91 mixed with octane booster at the pump, so you might want to compare with DIY solutions...
Definitely looking forward to a decent price on a swap too. The stock steering wheel is the only material that feels cheap in the interior for me. Coming from a 2012 F150 and it felt quite better in the hands.

That car wasn't even a convertible (pre-production model) so I gess it's up in the air as to who get it or not.
Nice pics thanks for sharing. Have to admit I have a thing for the fastback lines but the convertible looks better than a lot of other soft tops
