Looking for an answer to why the Tsb 20-2023 isn't being extented into 2021 as it was for 2020.

So I've been informed (through Ford) that 2021 gen 3 5.0l has a piston skirt redesign from its preceeding model years to reduce the diesel type knock "some have". Has any member seen a 2021 engine apart? Got pics of either 18-20 pistons vs 2021 to be posted? Any insight would be appreciated.
