I had mine professionally done with a 5 year package a few days after I got the car for a hair over $500. Having it on the wheels definitely makes it easier to get the brake dust off, but it still sticks and turns them brown nonetheless. Ceramic coat definitely isn't Xpel, and it won't save your...
Ford parts are pretty ridiculously priced, so totaling out a ford doesn't take a whole lot. I had a buddy of mine send my brand new SHO through a grove of pine trees at 108 and they totaled it out on body damage alone without any structural, drivetrain, airbag, glass or suspension damage...
That's what I did. I had a 2015 SHO and that thing hauled even before the tune and exhaust work. Those TT V6s will surprise the crap out of you in big old sedans when you push the boost a bit.
That's the normal display for changing exhaust modes, but it seems odd that it's randomly popping up. Maybe they pinched a wire during the head unit install? I don't see a feasible reason why the aftermarket head would be interfering with the active exhaust because AFAIK those two things don't...
My top votes would be a HUD and for the car to remember what drive, exhaust, steering, suspension mode you were in when you turned the car off like the vettes do.
Having owned both a 15 GTP-PP and now a 17 GT350, my loyalties lie with the 350 all the way. The GT is a great car, and I loved mine the entire time I had it as a DD. It had all the features and all that to keep me happy and comfortable as a 21 year old who just got his first pony car. I traded...
I'm looking for a set of new or used ARH or stainless works direct connect headers. Catless is preferred, but I'll consider catted. Pm me what you've got.
Could be coolant. I thought I had read somewhere it was... but I can't find where I read that. Mine only ever hits 180 unless I'm really thrashing on it.
As long as it didn't blow up, it's all good lol. I'm sure it's possible to bounce her off max before then if you try hard enough, but that's what Ford says. Not really sure how much difference 250 RPM makes at all, but at least they tried.
Thanks for the info. I live in the frigid Northeast, so even in the hottest part of August my cold idle PSI runs in the high 70's. I'm looking for oil alternatives, but my concern is the added viscosity is going to put unnecessary stress on the pump and lines until it gets up to temp.
"2018-2019 Shelby Super Snake | Starting at USD$ 113,445 (Includes base 401A coupe Mustang)"- Direct from the brochure. The options aren't cheap either.
Thank you. Yes, the focus of this thread was to be the polar opposite of the blown engine thread and the countless oil guzzling threads. Back when i made this thread, people were losing their minds over the blown engine thread.
