^^^ id also be interested to know that re: the rev hang. I'd imagine drag racers don't like it as it makes managing wheel spin more difficult. Otherwise I can't see any other reason as to why you wouldn't want it. Correct?

As you can see I have a bit of a combination of parts going on here, but I'm really happy with the ride quality now. The rear end bounce is completely gone! I don't believe I've ever had a car that handles so well, yet is so composed on rough streets.

tj@steeda I believe I am? I've installed the gold spacer on top of the OEM spacer and will attempt to fit the shocks tomorrow. I don't anticipate running into any issues but won't hesitate to call Rod if there are. Cheers

Thanks buddy. Looks like I'll have to run to auto parts store for more tools (waited 3 weeks for the strut sockets to come from the US!). Did you end up removing the OEM spacer on the strut before fitting the gold Steeda spacer when you did your friend's FRPP shocks?

SteedaTech I need a couple of pointers regarding installation of the Billet Shock Mounts with FRPP shocks.... Once the gold spacer ring is fitted, the mount sits higher on the strut shaft such that even with the use of a strut socket, I cannot get a wrench on the shaft in order to stop it...

Had the FRPP sport axle backs and x pipe fitted + J&M vertical links Absolutely love the sound of the pipes. Not too loud at all and very racey. RHS muffler has dropped down a little so going back to have it rectified tomorrow.

Is 12 months really considered "around the corner"?

Thanks for the tips. When you say grease between two of the washers, any two washers in particular (I plan on using a stack of them)? Greasing the studs makes sense too. I do have an impact too with deep sockets so may use that on slow speed/low torque.

Very interesting. I prefer the idea of maintaining an enclosed airbox and always figured a lot of the filters on A/M intakes were for looks. Is a tune required to run this? Probably not a lot of benefit to be had without one.

That seems like a more appropriate viscosity for E85, at least from my understanding. What intervals are you using?
