Well had a set back tonight. The drive belt they provided will not go on. I have the adjustable idler set at the lowest point or most slack and the belt will not go on even with the spring tensioner cranked all the way over.
I triple checked the pullies and all are per instructions.
Belt...
I did go take a look and it appears to be fine.
Like you I never really looked at it.
BTW, for anyone following for their own install, the parts list is crap! I could not even find the o-ring I am missing on it....

Wrapped up today with a closed up engine. The goal for this weekend. Still a lot to be done but I think it is down hill from here.
There was one big problem. The provided screws to mount the fuel rails to the SC are too long, by a lot. Whipple provides a 22mm screw but these bottom out...
Not that I noticed but will take a look. I don't have the belt on it yet.
Is there interference with belt on or off? Also I have not gotten to this point yet but am thinking moving the adjustable idler will move the position of the tensioner.

Progress continues....
Coolant tank overflow hose
Have to remove 1" of hose for clearance
Have to remove 1" of hose for clearance
Air Charge Temp interface cable goes to left side IMRC connect. It is the one that is in the middle of the firewall.
Ground connection for SC coolant pump...
Got some more done but need to call it a night. Back at again tomorrow.
Did find that although I thought I had done a good inventory I am missing an o-ring. I am going to to try using the OE o-ring as it is on the coolant side it is easy to get to. Plus it still has solid interference fit...
Continuing on... Just some pics at different stages of the process.
Draining the anti-freeze. Only about 1.3 gals comes out but no flooding when the heater hoses are disconnected.
coolant plumbing disconnect.....
Air box on it's way out....
Air box gone. Attacking the intake...
I had the delivering dealer do some work and they must have knocked or left it off.
Does it clip on to a tube or hose? Also is it vertical or horizontal in position?
I looked around and could not see a hose of the correct diameter for the clips.
Can it be seen from the top? If yes, any...
OPG and sprocket already done. Also have the half shafts, BMR lockout, and Eiback Pro kit installed. Been holding off on the Whipple install until some miles but at 1974 miles and no issues(knock on wood) getting too impatient.
So we're off to the races....

This part was laying on the bottom pan and I found it when I dropped the pan.
I have no idea where it goes.
If you know where it should go please let me know.
Thanks in advance,
Rob
Started the Stage 2 Whipple install. I will post some pictures as the install progresses.

Up on stands
Battery out
Fascia off
Will update progress over the next few days.
The surgery has started.
Car on the stands....
Hoping to get it completed in a couple of weeks. Work schedule and getting the boat ready for winter is getting in the way.
I'll be posting the install in the Forced Induction forum.
