  1. 2018 GT MT-82 Destroys itself.

Should be fine. They stated that they had pulled all the "old flawed" transmissions off the lines and were using the "revised" shift forks. Not sure how true any of it is, nor if I believe any of it. But that was the last word I had heard. I'm on my 3rd trans in 25k miles atm.
  2. Active Exhaust : Modified Tips

I'll be sure to post up some images. Although it might come down to finding a new Cat-back entirely, All depends on the sound that I'm able to get. I enjoy the car as is, but an H-pipe and some new tips are for sure necessary.
  3. Stuck Active Exhaust Actuator (GT)

Does come with spring. Don't have PN on me currently but I'll get it when I get home if I can find it. Did come to find out later it's actually cheaper to order the whole muffler than just the Actuator.
  4. 2018 Active Exhaust Failures.

Haven't checked it out yet to see, but for sure worth a look to see if thats possible.
  5. 2018 Active Exhaust Failures.

So about 2 months ago I started having issues with my Active exhaust (I've made a previous post about this). After hours of trouble shooting we discovered that the Connectors from the actuators had been ruined when installing Long Tube headers by pushing them back into a pinch weld. Fast...
  6. Ceratec

Use two bottles along with 10 Qts of oil. Engine is QUIET now, like scary quiet compared to how it sounded before. I guess only time will tell now, but I’m a believer at the moment.
  7. Well, I broke my shift forks

Fair warning, I was told the same. My car has currently spent a combined 214 DAYS at the dealership, and is on it's THIRD Transmission. First one they replaced the entire trans, Second they replaced the forks. It could be a while without your car unfortunately.
  8. P0050 Code (02 Heater Circuit)

Makes sense, hadn't considered the Temp's that it would be required to get up too. Appreciate the Insight.
  9. P0050 Code (02 Heater Circuit)

Recently started getting a P0050 Code which references the Bank 2, Sensor 1, Heater Circuit is bad. I would assume that if the 02 was bad my AFR would not read at all, and would cause some issues with drive-ability, however the car drives just fine, and AFR is reading appropriately. From what...
  10. Lund tune to stock tune and P0630 and U0422 VIN AND BCM ISSUE

I've had this identical issue. The "Stock" tune from Lund is just a general base map, and it has most sensors turned on, which causes the ECM/PCM to have a little bit of a fit if there is an error code present. If you flash a newer revision tune (In my case my 5th revision) the Codes that are...
  11. Active Exhaust : Modified Tips

Exactly, I love the noise level that it has now (Don't get me wrong, more isn't bad), but the upgrade would be purely for the tips, and yeah 2k+ for Tips just isn't what I'm looking to do haha.
  12. Active Exhaust : Modified Tips

So a lot of us Picked up the Active exhaust to keep it, however I'm sure I'm not the only one that wishes they had larger Tips/Different looking. Has anyone seen an aftermarket company that has produced a set for those of us with active? I know you cannot just cut and weld as per regular...
  13. Stuck Active Exhaust Actuator (GT)

Yeah that was my initial fear as well...so far its not proving me wrong haha
  14. Stuck Active Exhaust Actuator (GT)

Sadly this was easily avoidable, I fucked up the wiring when I did my headers, when it grounded out it ruined the actuator. Pretty much all my fault Thankfully it’s fixed and I can enjoy the car again.
  15. Stuck Active Exhaust Actuator (GT)

Was pleasantly surprised to find out that the actuators just pulled off with 3 nuts. As far as I had been reading online when customers had been having issues Ford had just been replacing the entire muffler, leading me to believe it would be a much more costly repair for a stock exhaust lol...
  16. Stuck Active Exhaust Actuator (GT)

Pulled the Muffler and Removed the Actuator, Must be an entirely different piece than is used on the 350. The 18's Actuator is entirely enclosed in Plastic and unable to be opened, I did confirm that the Valve itself opens and closes manually freely. I took the Passenger Side Actuator and...
  17. Stuck Active Exhaust Actuator (GT)

Really appreciate the response man, I'll be dropping the muffler tonight. Hopefully the assembly is as easy to remove on the 18's as it is on the 350's!
