I hope there isn't an order back up with all the people waiting until spring, especially in the snowy states. I want my car as soon as I can feasibly drive with summer tires in Michigan.

I think it depends on the car color. Black wheels look better on orange, yellow, white, silver, and race red. Anniversary wheels look better on black, guard and blue. Ruby and magnetic go both ways.

To me it seems like black wheels are the "in" thing now. It's just like how my parents hate my taste in music and I will probably hate my kids taste in music. So in 20 years when all cars come with orange and green color changing disco wheels, I will probably say "Damn kids, why cant you just...

Do some of you really get 8 characters on your plates? In Michigan we only get 7 on regular plates and 6 on specialty plates.

Unfortunately for me, I wanted a cheap set because 18" snow tires are way cheaper. All the choices seam to be expensive racing wheels.

I briefly did some searching on this a while back and there is a small handful of 18" wheels that fit over the GT500 brakes.

Does Ford have free maintenance for any amount of time? Many of my previous cars (all Japanese) came with 2-3 years of free maintenance.

Everything looks tiny between an F-150 and Taurus. I laugh every time I park my FR-S next to a Taurus.

Maybe this is why the GT PP only comes with black wheels.

For me it is the black GT PP wheel followed closely by the 20" and then the standard GT wheel in 3rd. If the 20" came in satin black it would probably be my favorite.

I'm waiting until spring. I'm going to get 1 more winter out of the snow tires I bought for my FRS. Plus it will be paid off by then and I will have at least 6 months before I have to worry about buying new winter wheels/tires. I plan on ordering in February or March and hopefully picking up...

As someone who loves driving and doesn't have a whole lot of stop and go during my commute; the answer will always be manual.
