Can you post one of the datalogs were you hit 11psi? Looking at the log you posted the MAF flow rate is linear. You are seeing 77#/min, which should of made more than 580whp.
Your fuel trims were also +1-3% during the pull, when there is a boost leak between the MAF and the TB on a centri/turbo...

I run 5w-30 on mine and rev to 7800rpm multiple times a day. Unless you are pushing the car to it's limits at a HPDE you will be fine on 5w-20 or 5w-30.

That is a lot of timing for 91 octane. Would definitely want to turn the timing back a bit, turn it down to 15-16* of spark advance and see how the car does. 91 octane is your main limiting factor though
You should have ZERO or NEGATIVE KR. If the KR value is positive you will nee to troubleshoot accordingly.

Looks like the Steeda induction pack is just their intake and a tune with a SCT handheld unit
The steeda intake is the second highest flowing intake behind every PMAS intake though, so it's not the worst intake you can get and should see good gains from it as well.
Those are really good numbers. Your gains will definitely vary but on average the included canned files are pretty conservative. I wouldn't be surprised if you picked up 50+whp by just changing the tune.
