We got 9” of heavy, wet, concrete snow yesterday. Temps were 36* so the bottom layer was slush of 1” or so. Hard on man and machine. New DPW plow boy put down salt like it was on sale so we’ll be waiting for some rain in the future before cars come out. Bummer
