  1. Hellion TwinTurbo Install Cranking Issues

Engine fuel pressure too low during cranking. You probably don’t have the regulator set correctly Did you remember to install the correct injectors?
  2. Hellion TwinTurbo Install Cranking Issues

I’d go on Amazon and get a smoke tester. and just a vacuum check for reference: https://share.icloud.com/photos/009FwoU1DAklOxzorrq__uRow
  3. Hellion TwinTurbo Install Cranking Issues

So both port 1’s to atomosphere both port 2 to fitting on turbo and both port 3 to bottom of gate looks simple. did you check the gates for any open unplugged fittings? And did you wrap each fitting with teflon tape? I had a fitting loose on my blow off valve and it caused the car not to...
  4. Hellion TwinTurbo Install Cranking Issues

Jeez you have two Mac valves. Did you plug the other one? That doesn’t have a port going to a gate? I’ll check the instructions I think I can pull them up. @NGOT8R if you have time can you check this out?
  5. Hellion TwinTurbo Install Cranking Issues

and is it a 3 port or 4 port? Which controller? and are you using C02 or compressed air?
  6. Hellion TwinTurbo Install Cranking Issues

On the Mac valve? Send a photo of it and a photo of your gates and bov
  7. Hellion TwinTurbo Install Cranking Issues

Also make sure the tune is correct. I bet the issue is one of those npt ports aren’t plugged And don’t vent one side of the pcv if you have a catch can either vent both or none. you’ll induce a vacuum leak if you just do one side Last suggestion would be to make sure the correct fuel is in...
  8. Hellion TwinTurbo Install Cranking Issues

Check to make sure… bov and gates have all unused ports plugged check maf orientation it’s probably upside down smoke test the car. I had this issue and it turned out to be a leak. Get a real smoke tester check the plug gap test all pumps in hat to make sure they are working make sure you...
  9. RoadCone going to Twins!!

ordered and paid on July 14th Received it August 25th. looks great, awesome packaging and welds look beautiful. My photo I took isn’t the best. I can retake some after work if you’d like to see.
  10. RoadCone going to Twins!!

I’ll contact them and see. Any photos of the heat exchanger? I was under the impression if the A2W is in front of it blocking the air, that it wouldn’t be useful. sounds like I’m incorrect! I saw your video street driving and figured you had to have some sort of solution. I picked up this 2500...
  11. Twins??

@NGOT8R look at the regulator under the manifold. Clean setup
  12. RoadCone going to Twins!!

Hi @RoadCone are you running a heat exchanger? Or is that an upgraded radiator behind the A2W you have? I posted a thread and am looking for some insight. Im wondering if your lines are going straight back to an ice tank or have you figured out some way to cool the A2W decently enough when ice...
  13. A2W on the street

Exactly, that’s why I asked for data or what people are doing with A2W setups and street driving. I’ll have to keep looking. I don’t think a heat exchanger is an option for me. Unless it is mounted somewhere that is pretty clever.
  14. A2W on the street

I have a twin turbo setup. With the intercooler being under or on top of the blower for supercharged applications like you mentioned, they have room to mount the heat exchanger right in front of the radiator. I on the other hand need to do something like this attached photo. It's the Lund...
  15. A2W on the street

I may just call ICC tomorrow or send out an email and see what options are! Thanks for the tip
  16. A2W on the street

Do you by chance know which kit you're referring to? I was looking I didn't see. It would be nice to not add another $2000+ to what I have already invested but I do want to know what you're mentioning
  17. A2W on the street

Anyone using an A2W on the street for low boost driving without a heat exchanger? The car has a low mount twin turbo setup, 10 gallon ice tank and currently has an A2A. But I’m switching to A2W because the car will be mostly running short distance rolls and 1/4 at the track. wondering if...
  18. My Custom Hellion Turbo Kit Build

I used the fathouse block that @NGOT8R mentioned. Very easy install. A few AN lines and slim fittings. The gates have coolant fittings. Might as well use them! I’ll need to heat wrap the lines and finish clamping everything neatly.
  19. My Custom Hellion Turbo Kit Build

It’s just a coolant line. How is that a point of failure? AN fitting and a line on each side. It was extremely simple. Do you have any supporting data?
