I figured, I added my A2W and I have about 4-5 inches between the radiator and back of the A2W. I can always throw ice in it. I just didn't think it HE would be very functional because the A2W I have is huge.
I should be fine. I figured you might have some first hand experience. Why did you...
YUP!
They don't tell you, you need to stack all of the inner stuff and tap it with a socket. I broke a lot of the little plastic pieces trying to figure that out.
Pretty sure all you need is a DI delete and a lower manifold from MFP Australia.
the bolt pattern is Gen 2 though so that lower manifold is probably not even necessary.
Ask your tuner. Many people retrofit blowers all the time
I did cut out the Tstat, but I wouldn’t recommend it. My car takes a very long time to heat up and sometimes won’t even get up to operating temperature without me unplugged the fans. The water always circuiting is just too cold unless you do what @NGOT8R did and add an aftermarket water pump...
All the coolant fittings are available on MMR or BPS
I'll try to get a small coolant video for you. I know for me it was confusing. Check back tomorrow. I should have a reply for you by mid day.
Yup same here. And I have that in the same location, right above the shortblock. I put the vacuum block under the metal plate so everything would fit under the stock manifold
I could be wrong but my assumption would be that would only see boost and not vacuum.
Causing the regular to not work properly.
Did you figure out the no start issue?
can you take a photo of your regulator and the lines you have. I’m assuming you have a tee fitting from the regulator to both blow off valves. That’s probably your issue
your regulator is supposed to run to the vacuum block. It’s probably not working properly if you have a line going to both blow off valves. It seems vacuum and boost from the manifold.
