  3. Whipple car runs bad - tune issues

+4 and +8 would not alarm me. Remember it is hard to use fuel trims as a definite guide in an aftermarket tune. Prime example I was running +20 and +22. Got the new tune and am down to +5 and +8 so it is all in the injector map and maf table for the trims
  4. DW 415 Lph pump

And with that in mind one would wonder what it would do to the tune if you install the fuel pump that would maintain the proper pressure would be able to calibrate and compensate for the additional fuel flow or will it just read off of the injector tables

  11. DW 415 Lph pump

yes but not true in these cars. The basket has a pressure release valve that opens at I think 58 PSI so you wont up your pressure just your flow of fuel when you are at higher RPMs. In the older mustangs you had a table in the computer that you would have to adjust for a larger fuel pump but it...
  12. DW 415 Lph pump

no tune needed for the larger pump to control FPDC or anything? I know this was an issue with the older SN95s but have not played with the pumps on a S550

I love my steeda fixed valves with GT350r springs
  15. GForce Driveshaft Impressions

looking at the color of the metal on the factory one I would say it is steel not aluminum. it has that darker grey color and those welds dont look shinny like it would if it was aluminum.
  16. Whipple car runs bad - tune issues

well mine is doing better. I have not been looking at the trims but did a road trip and it did not go into 5lb limp boost this time. Millage is ok and it feels good just a couple areas where it stumbles on tip in

  19. Whipple car runs bad - tune issues
