Ford Showed off the 5.2 Aluminator XS Engine at the Woodward Dream Cruise that made 580 HP Naturally Aspirated. It has GT 350 heads but cross plane crank and cobra jet intake, and kooks headers. I bet this is the base architecture for the new GT500 minus the kooks headers and cobra jet intake...

My front was misaligned by about an 1/8 or 1/16th low on one side by the headlight and I just pushed it up and it went right into place where it should be. It was a very easy fix...maybe I got lucky.

Did you fix the gap in the rear? Mine has the same gap. Please post pics and tell details if you were able to fix.

My car was in production for 7 days including the weekend...started on a Friday and out of production on the next Friday

I was about 350 miles from flat rock. Mine went truck all the way from flat rock and did not go rail. It seemed to take a while to get a truck coordinated with cars all going to my area, but I bought from a small dealer so if your in a bigger city you may have better luck.

hopefully you get in 18 days after build....mine was 39 days after build before delivery. I picked up mine yesterday.

Nice pics...I was in the area last Wedsnesday and took a few pics myself. I got politely asked to leave by the girl working the guard booth into one of the lots after she saw me taking pictures. My car will supposedly be delivered tomorrow or Tuesday.

I got good news...dealer and I called trucking company and car is loaded on trailer and waiting fo driver to pick it up. I should have it Monday or Tuesday. Btw I was near flat rock on Wednesday and I circled the holding lots...what a sight...thousands of mustangs of all types...I saw GTs,cars...

Please let me know your build date and arrival date at dealer date. My build date was 4/08 and my car still has not shipped from flat rock to my dealer. I'm going on 5 weeks and I want to see if this is typical. My car has been released for shipping on 4/25 and supposedly received by a trucking...

I bought it from a small low volume dealer is my guess on the longer wait. I didn't mind because I'm in Ohio and wanted the car to arrive in May but now that it is built and just sitting waiting to be shipped...I'm growing quite impatient...haha

ordered 6/20/15 built 4/08/16 released for shipment 4/25 Car has not shipped yet. How long have others waited from release for shipment date till arrival at dealership? My car was supposed to be delivered by 5/6 and it still has not left the plant.

My plan would be to put 305's on all 4 corners and rotate when needed. So the 10.5" Wheel would be in the rear at some point and 11"W wheel with 305's would be in front at some point.

Will the Rear 305's work on the front wheels which are 10.5"W with not rubbing issues. Rear Wheels are 11"W. If not, would the Front 295's be OK on the Rear? I tend to go through tires quickly....not sure why...haha? I would like to put all the same size tires on my car after I wear out the...
