My cousin installed the steeda magneride springs, steeds front k member support, steeds camber plates, and steeda rear IRS supports and did not pick up any time at the track. He did not get a professional alignment yet so this could help but he adjusted the camber to the max. Hopefully you pick...
Who else is confused by the Mustang Mach E? Is this the end of the Mustang that we have known and loved for 55 years? Why steal the Mustang name for an electric SUV? I know the future is headed for EV and I’ll probably buy one in the next 5 years but keep the Mustang a Mustang. A fun...

I think ford should release a manual GT 500 in 2021 to steal some corvette sales away since C8 will not offer a manual either. There are many sports car fans out there that love rowing their own gears.
Both comparisons were new tires. The cup 2 were consistently 4-5 seconds faster. This is a 2.7 mile track so smaller track would probably be less time gained.
Hoping to get some good opinions and data from time picked up with a track mod and the cost. My cousin changed from stock Pilot Sports tires to Pilot Sport Cup 2 the same size as on the R and picked up 4-5 seconds on a 2.7 mike track. He found a set of tires for $1000.00. They were manufactured...
I traded my 2016 Base GT 350 for a 2018 R. I am very happy with my decision. I have black and it is hard to keep clean but is awesome when cleaned. My other complaint...cup 2 tires are terrible for the street because they pick up every fine rock on the road. Definitely need paint protection in...
I traded in my 2016 Base GT 350 and upgraded to a 2018 R. My 2016 Base did not have the coolers or magneride so I gained those features as well. I’m very happy with my decision. The one thing I’m not a big fan of are the cup 2 tires because they pick up a lot of rocks and throw on the car. I’d...
Trade your 350 in for the 350R and Purchase a GT500 if your planning on keeping both. I’m like you, I have to be able to row the gears and get that connection to the car. I just decided to trade in my 2016 GT350 for a 2018 350R instead of purchasing a GT500 and I’m happy with my decision. I went...
I agree! I just bought a 2018 GT 350R because I won’t own a $75K sports car with an auto. When they put the manual in it, I’ll fork over the money.
I enjoy the few track days that I attend and figure the R is a joy on the track. My current car is a base so doesn’t have magneride so I was attracted to that aspect as well. The R’s are really holding their value and I anticipate this holding true for years to come with slight depreciation...
Thanks!...from reading other threads from time to time it seems like most owners love the R. I think it’s probably a safe bet that I’ll be the same.
I currently have a 2016 Base GT 350 and purchased a 2018 GT 350R today. Can others who have went from 350 to 350R chime in and let me know if making the jump was good decision? Are the handling characteristics much improved? Do you really like your R? I plan on tracking it about 3 days a summer...
Does anyone know of any dealers with 2019 GT 350R allocation at MSRP? The market has cooled down on the R’s and I expect it to be even better for buyers with the GT 500 coming this fall.
None at launch will have manual but chief engineer did not rule it out when the car was launched at Detroit Auto Show. I strongly believe the manual will be offered. It may be job 2 or 2021 offers manual. When it gets a manual, ford gets my money.
Were you able to peak through the dark tinted windows?? Ford is hiding something inside this one? My guess is it has a manual transmission. All the other show cars don’t have this dark tint on the windows.
