  3. Need some help with a foxbody issue

So I bought the car after it had been sitting at the sellers house for 5 years. I got the car running and took it to a mustang mod shop to get the engine to run smoothly and to fix a misfire. I picked up the car yesterday and it drove great but when I stopped to get gas and filled the tank from...
  4. Lowering a Bullitt with magnaride

For the mustangs with magneride you have to go with 1 inch in the front and 20mm in the rear and you’ll get that square stance and it will all fit perfect no cutting required. That’s the setup I’m running on my bullitt and what steeda recommends

  6. Is this rust bad?

Are there any methods I can use to determine how bad the rust is? I’m guessing if it’s really deep when I touch that door jamb rust it would feel soft

  11. Opinions on this foxbody

It’s a 1992 GT. I’m assuming it has 113k miles. Owner says he bought it as a project car but didn’t have time for it. He says he drove it a few times and then it sat for 5 years. It does not start up. He claims all it needs is a new battery, oil change, tune up, and timing adjustment and it will...

  13. Foxbody owners, is this normal?

Yea they’ve Been gaining value in the past few years and that paired with the used car market right now is leading to some crazy prices. Could anyone tell me what the one I’m looking at buying is worth roughly? The guys asking 13,800 but I feel like that’s too much. If the mechanic doesn’t find...
  14. How does this Foxbody look

Update: Saw the car, chassis looked good, engine looked good, needs new shocks and brakes. Agreed with the seller to meet again at my mechanic so we can get the car on a lift and check it out. And yes it is 160k miles not 60k
  15. Foxbody owners, is this normal?

No no heavy duty clutch at least none that the seller mentioned to me. Also, the car has 160k miles. The engine looked very strong though. Do you think I’d be better off just finding a lower mileage one?
  16. Foxbody owners, is this normal?

Test drove a Foxbody today. The clutch felt veryyyy heavy near the end of it. I brought it up to the seller and he said it was normal and that’s how they all are. Can anyone who has owned or driven a Foxbody confirm this?
  17. How does this Foxbody look

Yes good eye when I spoke to the seller on the phone he explained to me that the car was repainted and had a new front and rear bumper installed. I’ll be sure to check for any bends in the chassis to see if it’s been in a crash
