Lol yea I’d tend to agree with you guys in any other scenario. I hate when I hear those tunes every guy puts on their bmw that makes all those little annoying pops.
But there’s something about the bullitts factory pops that puts a smile on my face everytime I hear it.
Nice!
Did you notice any change in the exhaust sound or your crackles and pops? I’ve read some people in forums say the steeda tune really changes the exhaust and gets rid of that bullitt sound which is keeping me on the fence about it.
Sounds good thanks for the info.
I have a tuner from another car that I used when I had the dealer put an intake and exhaust on my truck. It’s the sct bdx will I be able to reuse this tuner for the bullitt? It’s been sitting around in my garage for years now and I’d like to save the money.
My warranties up and I’m ready to tune my bullitt. Wondering if I should go with the tuning by James steeda tune or a palm beach dyno tune. I’d like to do the tune along with a e85 flex tune. I’d appreciate any advice anyone could give on this. Thanks.
A couple questions I wanted to ask you guys regarding your bullitts.
First off, mine burns oil. My car has about 8k miles and I’ve always ran royal purple synthetic oil. It’s probably been about 9 months since my last oil change and I’ve only put about 2k miles on her and the oil dipstick is...
Ever since I got the car I’ll have my phone plugged in and CarPlay will either work or it will cut in and out constantly between CarPlay and sync. A lot of times the car won’t even go into car play. Does this happen to anyone else? It’s very annoying.
Here’s some pics of the fitment. It’s flush all around. You can’t ever look at stock mustangs the same once you see one with spacers the stock offset is horrible. Yea I put rokblokz mud flaps all around just in case so I wouldn’t get any paint chips.
The 20mm will not fit magneride cars in the front the studs are too long. I had this happen to me look in my old thread I believe it’s called spacers on bullitt. You need at least 25mm in the front. The rear however will fit the 20mm, for some reason the studs are shorter. I’d recommend 25mm in...
Any audiophiles have any good recommendations for the best sounding sound settings for mustangs with the b&o sound system? I listen to all sorts of music from rock to edm to hip hop. I like some bass too.
Also having wide sticky tires in the back helps a lot. When I first got my foxbody that thing was sliding all over the place when I’d floor it since they don’t have traction control. Put some 275 nittos in the back and I can barely get the back end to break loose anymore. Lowkey kind of miss it LOL.
In 3rd gear I’d say no there shouldn’t be much sliding because you have a lot less torque in that gear. You might not even notice a difference since I don’t think traction control would even turn on for you during a 3rd gear roll (Edit: just realized you said your pushing 650 to the wheels, in...
Also if you know what you’re doing controlling the sliding with TC off is a lot faster than the computer cutting your throttle while the guy you’re racing with a lot less power than you leaves you in the dust.
