  1. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

I drove my whip before and after Interchiller install and it’s like night and day…all for the better. Interchiller can and will rectify 90% of the problems associated with this Roush kit. The Hellcats have a very similar system which is built in stock. I drive the heck out of my car in the...
  2. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

Even tho failed cats are a huge problem, actual engine failure due to failed cats was/is very low according to this thread at least. Interchiller can and will absolutely help alleviate heat soak, failed cats and all other associated problems and issues
  3. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

You should easily squeeze around 650-700 rwhp out of this kit with LTH, free flowing exhaust and aftermarket tune on 91/93. My car made 693 rwhp on 93. (M6) As others have noted, you should definitely run Boostane Professional if you wanna max out this kit on pump gas... When you are ready...
  4. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

@Brady MacDonald you will want to hear directly from @engineermike for more info on how to run e85 without a return style fuel system. Also, I know it may be overkill to answer your question, but I am quoting a post I wrote last year summarizing all the material of this thread. Good luck with...
  5. Most Reliable 1500 hp Short Block??

My apologies in advance, but who exactly are you going to have do the work? Apparently I did not see your builder mentioned earlier...lol

  7. Most Reliable 1500 hp Short Block??

Not sure what the consensus is here but Texas Speed has fully forged Gen 3 Coyote motors for very reasonable pricing. https://www.texas-speed.com/p-18800-tsp-forged-50l-coyote-gen-3-short-block-resleeved.aspx There are several examples of these built motors from TSP making big power and...
  8. Would you get the Stick or Automatic

I currently drive a 22’ GT boosted making 800+ whp and the car has been Tremec T56 Magnum swapped. Amazing experience every drive and highly recommended.
  9. Talk me into a Borla Switchfire vs Ford Performance X-Pipe

I currently have a 22' GT Roush P2 with all the goodies...E85, 2.8 pulley, SW LTH w/ high flow cats and the Borla SF res delete flowing into stock OEM non-active exhaust. Car sounds absolutely insane. I've had people chase me down on the highway and ask what kind of exhaust I was running...
  10. Nothing to see here - please delete

I spoke to the physical location of Shelby American store and they confirmed this is a straight up scam…beware…if it’s too good to be true the very often it is too good to be true…
  11. Roush SC - cooling options

Again, I think those who do not run the FI Interchiller do not understand how truly remarkable this is. FI Interchiller is an amazing mod which does not get the recognition and appreciation it deserves. To have a 3.8 Whipple 40-50 degrees below ambient in the hottest months of the summer is...
  12. Roush SC - cooling options

I think the addition of the FI Interchiller Stage 2 kit and the Reische 170 thermostat will definitely help, I know it did for my car.
  13. Roush SC - cooling options

While sitting at idle, its not uncommon for me to see 190-200. While cruising, around 185 And doing a hardcore pull 200+ I personally noticed the biggest difference in CHT when we installed the Reische 170 thermo. Seemed to go down significantly which is a good thing.
  14. Roush SC - cooling options

All of the upgrades/mods you mentioned are decent options. I have no experience with the IC Chiller product, so I do not want to say anything negative. Nevertheless, I have the FI Interchiller stage 2 kit on my 22' Roush P2 s550. My car never pulls timing, nor does it overheat even in the...

  17. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

No offense taken. I guess my brain is in gear with all this information because I have researched every possible scenario for my current build to try and squeeze out more power. So, I apologize if I am overwhelming you with information overload. Thank you for your patience with my OCD in this...
  18. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

Yes, indeed. Nevertheless, I am in the planning stages of purchasing a forged Gen 3 Coyote short block. I have not yet purchased the block yet because I am working out the details and logistics for the install. In that case, I am glad I have a Fore Innovations system already installed because...
  19. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

@robvas Lets do the math here. The rough cost of a Roush P2 for 3rd Gen Coyote is around $8,300 plus $3k for the FI Interchiller equals $11,300 The Gen 6 Stage 2 Whipple kit is $10k if you get the larger heat exchanger. The Roush P2 kit plus FI Interchiller is actually a better deal because...
  20. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

To have a PD blower which never overheats even in the dog days of summer? Yes, $3k and worth every penny....imo
