That was the first thing I tried when it happened.

Just got off a chat with support they can't do a thing for me. I asked about the file to remove the maps and was told they have no idea what I am talking about and there is no file to send. So I guess I am just screwed until I can get to another dealer.

Called dealer after work today. They haven't heard anything from ford. They will call me when they here anything. So I guess its off to another dealer. Must be nice that they can turn down work in these times.

Since posting the message about the dealer wouldn't do anything for my nav issue. The service manager just called me they reported it to ford and they are waiting for them to get back to them. He is sorry that things went the why they did.

No luck for me on the Nav voice prompts. The dealer said they cant fix it. I said it needed the software reloaded. He told me they cant do that. I said BS. I will take it somewhere else.

I downloaded version 18 months ago and I just got 19. So I am not sure if there is just one free copy. When I open zip file sync32 there is a folder 19Q1_NA_Post-3.2_2ndRelease there. So I am thinking it is 19.

I wonder if that would work to fix my problem that no voice commands for nav since I updated to version 18. After running that then reload 18 which I still have.

I did do a master reset right away and still nothing.

I just did the map update. I have the same issue. Sync will respond to everything else but navigation. If you say navigation it will respond but from that point its dead.

I got the notice the other day for mine and yup I am hooked up to a battery tender. The tender light is green like its full charged.
