Sooooo I've searched google and the forum and can't find a definition of what an IMRC is. Anyone mind enlightening me, apologies if it's a stupid ask and somewhere else, but I quit after two pages of searching.
Any of my paint touch ups I've started using like 2CC veterinary syringes. Just tap the needle on your vice to blunt the tip and you'll be able to get anywhere you want to. Fair warning it will take forever.
I have an SR performance aluminum one sitting on my bench, installed for the lady and she never put in the effort to learning to drive stick. If you're still in need for one, and want to figure out how to handle the shipping let me know.
Purely speaking from an industrial perspective and not automotive... Feel free to flame me on this one.
Would it be possible to put a higher pressure cracking check valve in line on the return? Say if the return line comes back at 50psig could you put a 20psig cracking check in and then once...
Agreed with the wall of text. I get lost in those, heck just use an extra paragraph to create a new thought. Not grammatically correct but it works.
Dive into the boosted threads and you'll learn the acronyms quickly enough, even if you have to google. On the plus side I learned what a BAP...
This won't help you out on this one, but maybe the future. You can get what is called a 'Declared Value' policy. Basically you say hey my car is worth X to me, and I want you to pay me X out for it if it's a total loss. You agree on the number and pay a monthly premium commensurate with that...
Without the codes it's hard to make a call. Did it run like garbage with the wrench on screen? I've had it before in my truck with the porcelain cracked on a fresh spark plug. If it cleared out otherwise maybe bad gas or a ton of knock? Was it really hot or the car sat for a long period of time?
If and when you do go to fix the chip, biggest thing I learned doing it from a couple rock chips on my A pillar, order some 1/2 or 1 CC syringes with needles. Tap the needle a couple times on a vice to blunt it and use it to add your color. Depending on size of the chip super glue sandpaper onto...
I've got some Ford ones sitting in my tool box at home, posting so i remember to look for the P/N when I get home. But I agree they're pretty much standard 8mm and 10mm you can buy in bulk cheaply online.
Mine has been flawless @ 13k Miles 301A car, short of the recall and software flash for the brake fluid light.
Could you go into a little more detail of the seat track recall or failure? I could swear you could feel my seat move / hear a click almost when getting in or hitting a corner hard...
Yes, I did. Totally agree on the tick being less apparent.
Like I mentioned above I have no skin in weather it works or doesn't. Ford won't tell us what it is, why it happens to some cars and not others or why cera tec does seemingly work to fix it (I even have a bottle on my shelf waiting for...
I would be very curious what the measurement error on that app is as you're showing 0.77% difference between your measurements. You're likely observing measurement noise. Looking at a cheapish dedicated DB meter on Amazon those are +/- 2DB over a span of 30 -> 130DB which 1.6% measurement error...
I mean its a 301A car, you could probably pick a leftover up for the money you're talking or close to it. I bought my 22 301 for 37k OTD from granger. Granted I had to take a flight and drive it home 900 miles.
