Brought the car to the dealership today, they just called me and said it's caused by the aftermarket exhaust, the headers extracting and it's normal characteristics for the Coyote Engine. So I can pick up the car now and they won't fix anything. What are my options now? Did anybody ever get the...
Little update on my 2017 BBQ tick.
I exchanged the oil over the weekend with AMSOIL Signature 5w20 and AMS oil filter and the tick is still there.
Oil doesn't fix it. btw the "new" Coyotes in the 2018 model have the same issue.
I would love to have that on my 2017 Mustang GT. I can rev match myself, but seriously, I would rather have auto rev match. Would be so much better for daily driving. Hope we will see a solution to transfer that to older MT82 Mustangs.
I would like to know if these new active shocks would make a more comfortable ride? I live in the Chicago area and our roads are pretty bad here. I have the progressive springs and pro action shocks at the moment and sometimes it feels like my car is going to break if I drive over those road...
I have the tick for over 6k miles now. Started even before the tick.
Will change to oil to ams oil 5w20 next time with ams oil filter. But before that I will go to the dealership
Posted the same in allfordmustangs.com and somebody said that the McLoed products are not very good in quality? Is that true? Any alternatives for a Street car?
I already replaced the clutch spring. Actually feels worse. Pedal feels pretty spongy. Is it normal to have some play in the clutch pedal?
My Mustang makes all sorts of noises which I can track back to the transmission, if I disengange the clutch quickly I get a weird noise, sounds like...
Hi Guys,
I'm not very happy with the MT82 on my 2017 GT base model. It feels clunky and not really smooth. Also my clutch smells burnt quite often. Yes I know how to drive stick, driving stick since 1999.
So I wanna replace the Clutch, Flywheel, Throwout bearing and the hydraulic clutch...
Hello again,
my clutch smells burned if I drive the car a little harder, not too hard. So I was thinking about exchanging the clutch too.
Which clutch can you guys recommend for street daily driving use and which flywheel.
I plan to exchange the trans fluid with syncro shift, to exchange the...
I know this map already, unfortunately there is no gas station without E10 in the Chicagoland area.
I knew about the Hemi tick back then, but this ticking came after the first oil change, similar to the BBQ tick that comes after oil changes as well, very weird.
So you guys recommend getting a short throw shifter and a fluid change?
Do you mean these products?

I had a similar noise with my Charger Scat Pack before, maybe it is caused by the crap Gas we have here. I can only get 93 E10 stuff. What are u guys using?
Hi guys,
I have my 2017 Mustang GT for 8 month now and I'm not really happy with the transmission, it is very clunky and not really smooth, it is basically the only thing that I don't like about the Mustang.
Are there any transmissions available for around $4,000 that are better than the...
Hi guys,
my 2017 Mustang GT base model ticks since a couple of month when it is not warmed up. I googled a little bit and found some others with the exact same noise.
I can hear it very well in my garage in the morning and it doesn't sound very healthy.
Here is a video of somebody elses...
