IMO you can't go wrong with Simpson or Bell, these were probably the two most popular when I was running NHRA. IIRC in my class full face was required. 40+ years ago Bell used to advertise on billboards "If you've got a $10 head buy a $10 helmet".

OP asked a very valid question and I certainly wasn't intending to belittle his query ... just making an observation.. FWIW, I agree with you. Personally I wouldn't care if it got 5 mpg, the sound and experience would be worth it :cheers:

FYI, 0-60 on the Prius is 9.5 to 10.5 depending on model. If you're the least bit concerned about 0-60 times this probably ain't the car for you :D

I love my GT350, but if you're the least bit concerned with mileage this probably ain't the car for you, IMO. I can get 24 on the highway, but only 10-11 around town, though I do tend to beat it like a rented mule. My average is around 15 but this is slanted toward in town driving, not highway...

From what I've read the factory tune will adjust for up to 95 octane. Any higher or switching to E85 would require an aftermarket tune. BTW, I believe this voids your warranty if your concerned about that.

No, and I apologize to all for interrupting. My order for a MY16 Tech was cancelled and my dealer gave me his only MY17 allocation. I DO support what you all are doing and hope you get some acceptable resolution for the issue.
