I'm assuming it was because of the lack of rigidity. Since the roof is gone, I'm guessing that having the seats permanently mounted makes up for the lack of structural rigidity. With the roof gone AND the back seats foldable (open area), the car would just be a hollow metal tub that has the...
Snow is a no go if you have the 19" or 20" pirellis the car comes with. Anything below 40 degrees Fahrenheit is dicey, let alone snow and ice. Once it snows and my car is outside I do not move it until it melts.
One of the biggest reason I skipped the Camaro. Even though the camaro is supposedly the faster better handling car, I needed a daily driver that could hold a decent amount of stuff. That includes potentially a stroller and car seat comfortably. And I just prefer the looks of the mustang.
Dude. You are missing out. There's so much room for activities lol
Take a look at your back seat, on the corners there are straps you can pull and your seat will come down.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but if you're not rev matching and down shifting, that "engine break" is not really your engine. If you're talking about when you go from say 4th to 3rd without rev matching and you slowly let out the clutch, thats not engine breaking that's your clutch grabbing...
Yeah my family was saying the same but its surprisingly practical (minus the mpg  ) Be careful with summer tires in temps below 50f. I have the 20" foundry wheels with summer Pirellis and I was caught off guard making a left at an intersection. Light turned green and I got on the gas a...
I agree with cgreen5150. Mine is a DD and I'll always rev match because it results in a smoother drive and it just sounds so sweet. That usually just requires blipping the throttle. It def took me some practice to get it right. I would either blip it too much or not enough and would get a jerk...
I'm moving this weekend. I figured I'd try to haul some stuff in my mustang. Folded the rear seats down and was able to fit 6 medium sized boxes, a 3 drawer chest, work bag, and some kitchen stuff, all while being able to see out my rear view mirror and keeping my passenger seat empty. I also...
Detailed the GT!
Just joined the forum. Picked up a 2016 GT premium package about two months ago. I had always driven hand me downs so finally decided to buy the car I've always wanted! Decided to detail it this past weekend since I picked up some nasty water spots from some sprinklers. Looking...
