Do you guys notice a huge difference in grip and drivability with tire sizes this big? Hooks better? Corners faster?

Dude lol. Not to argue but if i understand this correctly, I think he is saying that Ford is offering 300% MORE THAN Sony or in other words 3 times more warranty than Sony. I dont think 'more' means original 1 year + 2 times the original year more, if you compare 1 year vs 3 years, 3 years is...

If they did add sensors which read the gear for manuals, there is even less chance that these gauges can be retro fitted into 15-17

Someone here already mentioned a good point. Similar to how the apple car play needed a USB module install in 16s, 15-17 won't be able to run the guages without the computing module. Maybe its plug and play where the module is built into the gauge housing and it takes telemetry inputs (rpm, mph...

I agree 100%. Also, maybe I'm just weird but I find it disorienting that the gauge layout changes with every mode change. Lots of cars do it but I prefer 1 gauge layout that the user can default to no matter what mode you're in. And maybe you CAN do that. We'll find out.

Not going to happen. There is a risk of people adding harmful code that could throw off the true measurement of the gauges. Ford can't risk having a bunch of mustangs with inaccurate gauge readings because someone was able to inject some malicious code overriding firmware for the readings...

You have a 2017 with a decent list of mods. Why would you want to sell it in a year and buy a used BMW? Unless you're crazy rich, that is taking a huge financial hit. Not to be rude I'm just sincerely curious. And I second 6G, a CPO CTS-V is a lot of car for the money.
