Do all the mods and let PBD tune for them. Datalog and work with them to get it tuned right. Don't load a canned tune and cut the cats. Not worth risking a solid tune that PBD will give you. Patience.

OP, you have posted a bunch just on a CAI install. So many issues? Get some CRC Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner and hose it down. Be careful with it and don't bang it around.

Do you hear the fuel pump prime before you start it? No vacuum leaks?
