There are a lot of variables in paint, even if someone got their hands on the correct code it could still end up not matching.
To me, your best bet is as already discussed, talk to your local paint shop they should have a color eye that would get you close.

Brembo orange.
They will not give you a paint code. I received the same answer from multiple layers of Brembo support. It is Ford proprietary and I had zero luck getting info from Ford and Ford Performance.
I'm not sure you can get that from the right side without tearing it.
If the beaded part of the boot is not in the slot on the shifter it will never fit correctly.
If you can't get it to go it, may be worthwhile to drop the shifter and install the boot, then reinstall.
I am assuming the air bags didn't blow?
From the pictures it certainly looks totaled.
As already stated, take it to a high end shop to make sure they get all the frame damage in the estimate.
The real bill will be higher.

You have to get the lip of the boot in the groove or it will not fit properly.
Start at 9 o'clock around both sides of the reverse lock out, then work counter clockwise to the opposite corner. Then clockwise to the other corner.
