BMR CB005-It locks the rear cradle in place giving you MUCH improved feel and what not. I love those things, can't say enough good stuff about them!

I have BMRs double spherical vertical links and they make no noise but tightened up the rear end. BMRs CB006 front subframe brace is also an awesome piece but will not fit on my V6. Can't go wrong doing either one but you'll probably see a more noticible improvement from the front subframe brace IMO

So I went back at these mounts to make sure the top nut was tight on both sides. I had to slide the bumpstop with the dust boot down a little to hold the shock but now I cant get the bumpstop all the way back up! Does anyone know if it will re-seat itself in the shock once I go over a large...

I have a V6 which is close in weight to the ecoboost and I have BMRs SP080s and they look and function perfectly. Tightened up the ride a ton but feel totally comfortable over bumps!

You may need to do shocks and struts to get the feeling youre looking for. I did BMR's SP080 springs and Steeda's pro action fixed shocks/sturts and my car feels planted at 125+ on less than ideal surfaces. Clocking the bushings helped with the bounce a little but also adding spherical bearings...

When I did my suspension the only bolts I replaced are the front strut to spindle bolts and nuts, the rear shock upper and lower mounting bolts, and all 4 cradle bolts. Just for some piece of mind

Special spherical bearing? You dont have to go into extreme detail and divulge your secrets but what makes this spherical bearing different than others? The teflon lining?

I absolutly love my SP080 springs they are awesome on the V6! I have them on Steeda Pro-Action shocks and struts and the car feels very composed both through fast turns and over very bumpy roads. I also have a good amount of IRS modifications and chassis bracing both of which I would recommend...

The CB005 is an awesome piece! Bushings are the enemy here and the two that I have seen get the most attention are the LCA bushings and Toe to Knuckle bushings. Swap these two out for bearings and you should see a substantial difference in the way the car handles. I would go Steeda or BMR for...

The BMR CB005 which I have and still think is the best thing I'v done so far and BMR's LCA bearings (anecdotal evidence says this is a great IRS mod). The LCA bearings are more involved but the CB005 only takes a little while to install and is a must IMHO. I go BMR because I love the quality...

I'll probably go Redline just because everyone I've read has had great experiences with their oils. I wish RP had an oil with Synerlec and not the ZDDP. Oh well :shrug:

Can you make it fit over the taller V6 engine? :D
