yes that happens exactly! I never noticed the a/f go all the way to 9.0:1 with my stock set up, although i bet it was because i wasn't looking for it. just don't want my engine blowing up from a throttle body and intake pipe :D Thanks Fordguys550!

Got my throttle body and intake tube on today and it feels and sounds awesome! Definitely feel the difference in the entire rpm range. Throttle response is way better as well. Glad I did this!

Just got my shapeways spacer today, I ordered the $50 black plastic one and was wondering if anyone thinks it would be ok to not paint it with enamel. I have some high temp engine enamel but I SUCK at painting things, really badly.
