Op I have a tech pack, and I have enabled tranny temp via Forscan (highly recommended)and I have experienced 0 limp mode in very cold temps (35-40F) and I also have experienced limp mode consistently in high temps (80F).
the tranny does not get cooled at all by air just b/c of the location. My...
could you send me a PM too please, thinking about a set of light rims for my gt350 for track duty.
the lighter the better, those P51 wheels look interesting. shipping to 14225 NY.
as long as there is highway driving at highway speeds, this thing is going to work.
driving to mosport in the morning around 120km/hr air temp is 17-18c the temp maxed out at 60c = 140F
driving back in the afternoon air temp is over 23c the tranny temp maxed out at around 70c

pretty much all track miles, tech pack car, no coolers on trans/diff
for the diff I will be putting in some 140 weight gear oil instead of the stock 85
i will have pics tonight and results by Sunday night, track day at Mosport this weekend
using forscan i was able to see the trans temp so I will be able to know exactly how effective this scoop is.
