I scrape my stock ride height R often, and I'm really careful. Speed bumps would be a nightmare on a lowered car. I wouldn't. YMMV

Funny thing is the Recaros seem to be too aggressive for the street and they aren't supportive enough for the track. I'm 6' and 240+ and I'm too wide, but they aren't terribly uncomfortable. I think they're starting to break in.

There is a ton of grip with the Cup 2's and I've ran in track mode at NCCAR and VIR. You can feel them lose traction and it's pretty predictable. Keep it in track mode and it will let you get loose, plow or over steer, but will catch you if things get too crazy. Very confidence inspiring!
