I have one of the coolant filling devices that pulls a vacuum so I can fill car with coolant without starting car and working coolant through that way. Was just confused why it won't pull a vacuum from radiator cap. Don't want to fill it with coolant and have it all leak out.

The intercooler is working/pulls a vacuum. I'm talking about the actual engine cooling system. Trying to add coolant to it, but couldnt get it to pull a vacuum or hold pressure when testing it before filling.
