If you drive it in the rain, does water just run into the engine bay? Is that an issue?

I had a whole mess of rock chips and door dings. I ordered the Dr. Colorchip kit and went to town with it. I'm really pleased with the results. I can't even tell where most of the chips were, I actually have to hunt for them. It's a great product, I'm really impressed with it.

How much to ship the intercooler and charge pipes to the LA area?

Generally on these cars an exhaust doesn't really do much other than change the sound. The main point of restriction on the exhaust system is the catalytic converter. To really make a difference you'd need to put a catless downpipe on. An axleback should be completely irrelevant to the tune.
