Yes, they'll eventually clear out. The tint is slightly gas/liquid permeable, so the bubbles will eventually dissipate. Mine took three or four days. It helps if you leave it parked in the sun as much as possible.

Another 2016 owner checking in here. Still waiting. Android Auto in my case, but if what I'm hearing about that is true, there isn't even a need for new hardware which makes it even worse. I love this car, but things like this really are a major annoyance.
