  1. The engine does not go back to idle after revving up...

It all happened after a Lund tune and a CAI, the engine revs up much more quickly then before the tune but it doesn't go back quick enough to idle. I've red somewhere in the fĂłrum about a hardware to Jack into the engine comp and it cures this issue.. Thanks for the advices.
  2. Did any of you guys delete A/C and get rid of its compressor?

I don't use the A/C, where I'm expat in northern Spain weather is pretty cool (and wet...) all year long, I was thinking about deleting the A/C altogether and dump its compressor, I might sabe some weight and HP... Just wonder if any of you guys did this job to his car and eventually how hard...
  3. A few comments on a Lund tune I just flashed in..

After a few miles drive I've got a few more coments The engine doesn't return to idle promptly like it used to do, even if even before the tune the engine wasn't that quick to slow down anyway. I have a warning engine light, it appeared only after a few miles drive, should I worry? The...

  5. A few comments on a Lund tune I just flashed in..

I've just logged into my GT the Lund (ngauge) tune which came together with a Steeda power pack (CAI+tune). The installation was pretty easy, I did it in a few minutes with a little help from a friend who knows better then me all about tuning... I havent driven the car yet as I'm doing some...
  6. What about stripping the hood's understructure down to loose some weight?

True, maybe it's better to leave the hood alone...
  7. What about stripping the hood's understructure down to loose some weight?

Well, I didn't see any serious attempt to 'help my cause' apart from the advice to go buy a Miata, stop thinking like a young teen and, generally, leave the hood as it is altogether...
  8. What about stripping the hood's understructure down to loose some weight?

Frankly, I don't need a Miata... I have a TVR Griffith 500 that weights only 1940 lbs and instead of a shitty japanese half engine it has a full 5 ltr V8 bad guy under the hood.:)
  9. The "what things weigh thread."

Did any of you guys deleted the A/C and took its compressor out of the way? I'm going to do it but need some educational input... Thanks.
  10. What about stripping the hood's understructure down to loose some weight?

Backseat already gone, for the A/C I do not have a clear view of what would be the weight savings, any of you guys have any figures?
  11. Show Me Your Drag Setups

This is what I'd love to fix to my GT, could you please detail rim/hoosiers measures and type? What you have in the front? Thanks
  12. On top of CAI's and exhausts, what are the other engine goodies available for the GT?

What other mods are already available for the coyote engines, without going galactic and already tested with good results? Thanks.
  13. What about stripping the hood's understructure down to loose some weight?

Well, I've already deleted the rear seats, I've dumped front ones and have fixed two racing Sparcos intead...I have a lighter then stock aftermarket catback. Next are going to be lighter wheels and brakes... and that's going to be enough, for the moment.
  14. What's the best (also for lightness) drilled rotors replacements for PP brakes?

I'd like to swap rotors on my PP Brembo brakes, same diam front and rear but possibly drilled and lighter... I'm looking for bolt on replacements, thank.

  16. What about stripping the hood's understructure down to loose some weight?

I beg your pardon...20/30 lbs is plenty of useless weight to take around on my book and I don't want a tin can on wheels but just a lighter GT...
