  1. A few newby questions about Coyote forced induction hardware...

Hi What forced induction system for the Coyote sums up, on your opinion, the best figures for reliability, semplicity of maintenance and a good amount of power? I have a tune, should I re-install a new one designed for the forced induction? Compression can be left OEM? Thanks a lot.
  2. MBRP catback with an X-pipe

I've put an X pipe on the MBRP catback, my personal feeling is a better engine revving over 5000rpms...
  3. A peculiar and pretty nasty engine malfunction, please chime in...

Thanks, I'll drop the pedal max next weekend and see if the throttle pedal gets back to life..
  4. A peculiar and pretty nasty engine malfunction, please chime in...

I have to try it, do you think it's the pedal max link that's causing the malfunction?
  5. A peculiar and pretty nasty engine malfunction, please chime in...

It was about a month I left my 2015 Mustang parked at home, when I left the car it was perfect, yesterday I decided to take it around a few miles, the engine went on as usual, the idle was good no problema whatsoever, only that the throttle pedal, with my great surprise, was dead... it didn't...

What's the weight of these rims?
  7. The "what things weigh thread."

I'm planning to gut the whole interior of my 2015, did any of you guys do the job? I'd like to see pics of the stripped interior and if any has figures of the weight it might sabe, thanks....
  8. Procharged D1 721hp 561tq @14psi

A stupid question from a forced induction newby: Will prochargered Coyotes keep their compression rate or should that be dropped to avoid pinking, like I guess it happens on turbo applications?
  9. MBRP Race exhaust

Drop its H mid pipe and bolt in an X pipe in its place, it reduces slightly the drone and smooths the engine revving beyond 5k rpms...

  11. Should I retune my engine having changed an H mid pipe for an X?

Thanks for all your inputs and comments. The X mid pipe has added a different tone to the exhaust (which I like more) and flow over 5000 rpms is smoother and quicker.
  12. Should I retune my engine having changed an H mid pipe for an X?

Hi, I have a CAI with a tune and a cat back free flow exhaust, I've changed y'day just the H piece of the mid pipe for an X, looking for a better flow at high revs. Should I now change the tune to comply with the new mid pipe or the tune will be good anyway? Thanks.
  13. Remove A/C belt?

What about dumping the A/C compressor? What would be the weight savings?
  14. Who builds a 3'' mid X pipe?

I've finally bought a 3' crossover tru X Magnaflow pipe from Summit racing to weld on to my 3' MRBP catback in place of the H pipe. Yhe H crossover indeed gives a nice old style rumble but it's good up to 5K rpms, beyond that it fails to scavange properly and the engine does not revs properly..
  15. Who builds a 3'' mid X pipe?

I just bought a Ford racing X mid pipe but actually it does not fit my MBRP cat back which is 3'' (the Ford racing X pipe might be 2.5''), could you pls let me know who's building a 3'' X pipe? Thanks.
  16. The "what things weigh thread."

You should also take in account that a lighter car brakes and accelerates better and goes around the bends much better plus all its parts have a smoother life, starting from the trans...and you can always add up a procharger after you lightened it, having the best of both worlds (power and...
  17. 17' wheels with 28' meaty tires all round what's your opinion and best choice?

To give the GT a more muscle attitude I'd like to go the 17' lightweight wheels route with meaty track tires with 28' diameter with 50 series in all four corners, what would be, on your kind opiniĂłn, the best choice? Thanks.
  18. Top Gear GT350R vs M2

The last BMW fun car has been the V8 sans turbo M3 (I had one for about a year or so...), after that for me the marque is dead and forgotten. It's not a matter of performnce, it's a matter of enjoyment and feelings.
  19. Wondering why Eruo Spec GT's have no heat vent on hood?

I have the GT and it had no vents either... It's just a Brussels BS all the way, as a side note you're lucky to be able to express an opinion and say ''FO'' to Europe...
  20. Wondering why Eruo Spec GT's have no heat vent on hood?

Agree ^^ I've cut the hood and drop two Roush vents anyway, hope I won't hurt any pedestrian otherwise the vents could cut him in half....
