Just for sound the 4.6 wins. I don't care if an Ecoboost catches me. Just the fact that he is listening to a fake sound and turbo whistle and I'm listening to a true V8 growl, I win!!
Haha! Me too! I was too lazy to post after seeing the season finale. I actually loved the commercial when Tom is leaving the car in the airport parking lot and a Boeing 777 is taking-off behind it!
Exactly the #1 reason I bought a '10....sound and sound alone. At the present time, I can't afford a '15 GT PP, so it was an S197 GT or an S550 EB or V6. To me, if is not V8 or manual is not a true Mustang experience, so I chose a 2010 GT luckily with track pack. The exhaust is just amazing...
Why don't you sell it on Autotrader and minimize the loss? Also, make sure that all the upgrades and mods aren't more expensive than the lost you would have taken with the trade-in or by selling it yourself.
I agree, especially the '15 refresh. The interior is far far more attractive than the '09-14 model and those round LEDs wow!! Hopefully they keep the retro design and some 400lbs less.
Please forgive me if this was posted before. Does anyone have an idea when the new Challenger will be released? It's the oldest, heaviest and retro of the trio. Are they departing from the retro design? Most likely it will be lighter, so...any ideas??
Most of the verts I've seen in SD are V6s which lead me to believe they are rentals. Most of them I've seen them in Coronado. The coupes are mostly Ecoboost and V6 with the occasional GT. I have yet to see a PP in the wild.
I was in the same situation as you. To me, a Mustang has to be V8 and manual in order to actually live the Mustang experience. I don't like cars loaded to their teeth, but I dont like the base either. Since I didn't have $40.5K lying around nor I feel comfortable paying $600 a month, I bought a...
The lowest rate I found here in SD is 1.89% 36-72 months from Mission Fed Credit Union. When the APR is the same at 48 and 72 months, I always choose the latter for the comfort of the payments. I usually pay it off by the fifth year, but I like to take advantage of the lower payment from the...
I've seen 3 so far in the last 2 months here in San Diego and one of them in Tijuana! It had US dealership decals though. I haven't checked the only TJ dealer to see if they are already on sale.
Hey guys, I hope you had a nice Holiday season. Thanks for all the replies. After extensive hours of doing research and interviewing professionals, I have come to the conclusion than in fact an MBA is not worth it at this point in my life. I will continue with my business and I'll look for a...
GT all the way. There's nothing worse than buyers remorse. I agree that in this phase in your life you should buy what you want not need. Oh, and go manual! A non V8 Stang automatic is for sissies (no offense EB and V6 owners ohhh and auto owners) ha! Go for it man!!
Dude, you won't regret it. I have never owned a manual and I went to drive the S550 a couple of weeks ago. All I can tell you is I might never go back to automatic again, not on a sports car at least. The clutch was so soft and the gears short. I even went to stop and go traffic with not...
