It may seem absurd, but stomping on it with this motor in 5th or 6th with low RPM accounts for almost every time they have blown.

If you got it installed by them and the ECU adjusted by them, I would think you would be fine, but would still get it in writing from them. If it's not installed by them, they may say incorrect installation caused the failure. Of course, they may not give you any grief at all. It's a gamble. If...
