If you program it using the roush tool it will completely wipe your tune and put theirs in. You would need to read/save your current file first if you want a backup. Other data like asbuilt (eg what you can edit in Forscan etc) mostly persists a flash unless its a completely different OS or...

Roush should supply a base tune for that kit. Contact who you are buying it off to get it. Alternatively contact roush to find out what strategy it came wirh and me we already havw the stock file.

Likely better as you aren't increasing lift or duration so less fuel is wasted and you will liekly have have better combustion.
