  1. Upgrade Roush cooling or upgrade/swap to ESS G3X or whipple 3.0?

Pay him! This kind of advice should not be free. Or scrape his content and make a bot haha
  2. Hilariously simple, yet ridiculously powerful fuel system

As a business owner it would be very difficult to do, you'd need to split your company imo. Seeing a $500 vs a $3k tune with no guarantee it will be faster is a hard sell on the same website. Some will do it, but they will likely charge for it or use the results for advertising. Most of them...
  3. Hilariously simple, yet ridiculously powerful fuel system

In Australia this is how most tuning is done. 1-2k for a tune, car goes on the dyno and spends several days to dial all the niggles out like false knock from pipes rubbing. Full smoke test etc, you get what you pay for especially as these cars get older. Obviously this is harder to do...
  4. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Inferred flex fuel on 18-23 S550s was prone to user error and on big power motors this was too much of a risk for many tuners. It can be and has been done by many, but there are better options available now.
  5. PCMTEC Custom OS

They would need a minimum protuner + custom OS for 1 car. They can then upgrade for the difference in price to global workshop edition. Approximately 2k USD for the full edition and $980 for the 1 car edition. The upgrade product becomes visible once you purchase the first edition...
  6. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Do you reduce boost by effectively shutting the throttle via limiting load? Couldn't agree more about the TB model being spot on. Whilst everyone hates on Roush the stock throttle body makes this a lot easier.
  7. How many of you have self tuned with PCMTEC?

We personally don't provide tuning advice, however many people here do and are extremely confident. Eg @engineermike or someone like Jake from VanDeYacht Motorworks https://www.utxvm.com/ for paid support. The level of support you get usually comes down to how much time you have and how much...
  8. Oil Pressure Switch to Sensor Conversion Kit (Interest in buying?)

RPG make a plug and play PCMTEC CANBUS Flex fuel kit. I'm sure they could make a robust setup for this if you are looking for alternatives.
  9. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

You can even unplug the flex fuel sensor itself (if using the PCMTEC CANBus flex fuel system) and it will default to user selection so you can manually trim the ethanol content via the cruise control buttons (exactly the same as the "User Flex" option we offer). I believe Wengerd is waiting on...
  10. PCMTEC Custom OS

If you paid for a base file, you could ask for a copy of the multi-tune setup. That part is exportable and the other tuner can layer than on top of their own base tune. This info is really for your tuner but all they really need is a screenshot of this: Ensure all the custom os items are...
  11. PCMTEC Custom OS

If it is the same tuner or the tune is not scrambled/locked they can add on top of it, though most tuners will start from scratch as they do not want to inherit other tuners problems.
  12. Recommended Tuning Datalog Device

You get access to about 40,000 dmrs in pcmtec for logging if you know what you are looking for. Any option will work if you can identify the problem, it may be tune related in which case a log and sending it to a tuner may be a cheaper, more effective solution.
  13. Drilling Hole in Active Exhast Valve

This is what you want. https://forum.pcmtec.com/topic/1923-mustang-18-gt-active-exhaust-track-mode-at-all-times-with-quiet-mode-still-enabledactive/
  14. PCMTEC Custom OS

A laptop and cable will suffice. However there are handheld devices that many tuners use for remote tuning. https://support.pcmtec.com/kb/article/3-pcmtec-flashing-hardware-requirements/
  15. OEM Logic 2-step for Automatics

Awesome write up! I've shared it here with the method that we use (quite different). https://forum.pcmtec.com/topic/2941-mustang-f150-rolling-anti-lag-launch-control/
  16. PCMTEC Custom OS

More than happy to walk your tuner through it however it is up to them if they are willing to offer it. If abused it can damage the car in many different ways, they may not want to offer it for this reason. It also can act like a clutch kick when releasing it, depending on your power levels...
  17. PCMTEC Custom OS

The tuner who primarily used it left afaik. I don't want to get into the politics of it though. They did some excellent testing and videos in the earlier days.
  18. PCMTEC Custom OS

It is build using the same software PBD have their own presets and branding. If you only want rolling anti lag this is the easiest to set up and anyone here should be able to sort you out. https://www.pcmtec.com/workshops
  19. High idle switch for interchiller

The first one should fix all your issues. Bump it up to 900 or so at the temps of issue. Should increase timing also which in turn will decrease EGTs and hence ECT. I assume you already have the fans maxed out at that temp range?
  20. High idle switch for interchiller

I'm sure there is an ect/wot and possibly iat idle adder you can adjust to simply raise the idle if the ect is too high. I bet an hour digging through all the tables and you will find it in PCMTEC
