Hey guys, so after I changed my oil today I found this rather large chunk of metal in the drain pan. The car has 10k miles and it's the second oil change. Should I be worried about this?

I have a 2020 GT, my coolant was low and the local auto parts store said to use Motorcraft Gold to top it off since they were out of the orange and it's going away. I did but now I'm reading that it should have been the yellow not gold? Do I have to flush it now? Too many colors! Thanks.
