Do you have to so this with each tank of gas/e85 before going WOT with a flex tune? How long does it typically take to settle?
  2. How common are issues with billet OPGs?

I noticed that too. Not sure, I didn't see it in person. Ford said it cracked and bonded itself to the crank.
  3. How common are issues with billet OPGs?

Here is a picture if my stock crank sprocket. Stock 2020 car.
  4. Metal chunk in oil drain pan after oil change today

Got my car back today. The service writer said another one came in earlier this week with the same problem as mine but worse. Check your oil!
  5. Metal chunk in oil drain pan after oil change today

FYI, before my engine had been looked at, I contacted Ford Performance and they don't make a forged crank sprocket for gen 3s.
  6. Metal chunk in oil drain pan after oil change today

The sprocket lost a tooth as suspected. It also split and bonded itself to the crank. It's at least getting a new short block right now. Here is a picture.
  7. Active Exhaust Post H Pipe

I have the active exhaust and a MRT h pipe. Zero loss in OEM exhaust modes. Those that have must have had a bad installer that broke something.
  8. Issue with Ford Performance Passenger Side Oil Catch Can

I too have the Ford Performance oil separator. I am actually surprised at how much oil mine catches. Something definitely doesn't sound right with yours. As far as contacting Ford Performance, I've used chat on their website and they were extremely responsive and helpful.

Car drives and sounds fine. I'll be taking it in this week.
  13. Metal chunk in oil drain pan after oil change today

True. One of the benefits of doing you own maintenance. Guaranteed I would have no idea if I wasn't the one who changed the oil. Now, hopefully Ford won't give me any issues on the warranty. I've read some horror stories about them! I'll update the post with how that plays out.
  14. Metal chunk in oil drain pan after oil change today

I am 99.9% sure this is a tooth broken off the crank sprocket or cam phaser. Someone on FB knew because he had seen it first hand and showed me pictures. I'll attach the pictures he sent me. They exactly match the piece I found. Off to the dealer next week, car only has 10000 miles on it 😞
