I'd be more worried about the fronts fitting. The GT350 brakes are not the same as the PP brakes, you may need GT350 offsets.

I can't help you on fit, but if you're looking at gloss black there's good news. I contacted LMR and asked why the sets in gloss black cost more than other colors, they said they'd fix that. Edit: I can't say from first hand, but my understanding is that it's a direct fit all around.
