Exactly. BK055 is overkill for this application. This whole thread is to prevent someone any future grief if they also end up with a locked up noisy BK055 and save people money at the same time. The smaller BMR bearing is cheaper. I wish this thread existed before I installed the BK055.

Give them a call. They may not have any cores if they are different. I bet they would install them in your arms though If you ship them.

I believe they all use the same Rear lower control arms on the S550.

I don’t think any of them show an after video. Nothing to show after install. They work as designed. I know my set is working compared to the BK055’s that I took out. Cortex uses FK bearings, same as the others.

Did you get your tune updated? I know it’s been said that this only affects 2019 and up but you never know. Forscan only adds the menu options.

I was told by Kinetik another 1.5-2 weeks on 5/4. It will show up eventually.

Did you verify you also have the fuse under the hood?

Look all over engine bay for anything that could be tapping/touching that could cause false knock. If you installed headers, sometimes the engine needs to slide over one way or the other to get more clearance to prevent false knock.

Check the DI pump and/or DI injectors. The high pressure side. Looks like the low pressure port side has plenty of pressure.

Install a fuel system and keep it on E85. You should’ve saved enough by not going Procharger.
