Not sure how much your car is lowered but mine is lowered all the way down on Steeda coilovers and I had to set my Steeda bumpsteer kit on the knuckle side all the way up with all the spacers on the bottom side.
Also, you should have measured your stock stuff first and then matched the length...
Nope, it's not gutted at all and still has the Brembo brakes. I just drove it to work today. It literally idles/drives like stock until I go WOT. I just added the ESS and fuel system earlier this year and just been driving it around my area waiting for this cooler fall weather to...
I still have an NGauge so I was simply going to change the gear ratio in that. You can also make the change with Forscan.
With that said, the next time I need a revision, I will be asking my tuner to set it to 3.15 in the tune.
I am but I will take my chances. This 3.15/ aluminum pumpkin so much lighter than my 3.55/Torsen/iron. I will be installing diff bushing lockouts and upgraded hardware at the same time. Should help with any movement.
But I do have my reservations. That’s why I didn’t trade my iron diff away and...
Thanks for the replies. I will probably just order another then.
Keeping my iron pumpkin in the garage in case I want to go back or rebuild that one to be 3.15. I would like to keep the aluminum though for the weight savings.
I have a 2019 PP1 with the 3.55 iron pumpkin that includes a diff temp sensor. I just picked up a low-mileage 3.15 aluminum pumpkin also from a 2019. The rear cover has the threaded port for the temp sensor but without any sensor installed. My real question is, does the sensor go all the way...
Can only speak for myself, I already was CJ/cams well before I put the ESS blower on. No reason to get rid of them when it works just fine and can only help. The looks are icing on the cake.
I need to switch to a 3.15 gear to prevent going into 7th gear on my 10R80 on 1/4 mile runs. I run a 305/45/17 ET Street R and do not want to swap to taller tires. I started looking for some 3.15 pumpkins out there on the marketplace but before I do that, I wanted some opinions from others who...
I am single regulator and triple pump and mine exhibited similar behavior on the regulator mounted gauge. I attributed it to the injectors firing/pulsing. Try pulling the vacuum line and it will steady out while idling. My fuel pressure is set to 55 psi. I set it with the Key ON Engine OFF by...
Cortex because they can send you the bearings already installed in a set of RLCAs and then give you a core refund when you send back your RLCAs. I didn't want to go thru pressing them again on my own, so if you are pressing your own, then just go with the Steedas.
It was only the driver side on my car too but I replaced them both. No issues since I removed the BK055s. When you pull yours, my driver side BK055 was basically stuck and would not budge without a big ass breaker bar.
I'm waiting to see the first CJ or Holley swap. Looking forward to gapping any S650 I see until I decide to pull the trigger on one myself after a few model years.
I been on pump E85 since summer 2019 without any issues. Just change your oil more frequently if you drive mostly around town. Other than that, I don't use any additives, just send it and don't overthink it.
Wengerd tuned my Lethal triple pump / single regulator system and it was spot on first tune. He did tune my car when it was N/A also.
I set mine to 55psi but I did it with the Key On and Engine Off. I just bypassed the FPDM with a jumper wire so the pumps would run constant with Key On. I...
