My stress levels went through the roof when the dealer tried to back out of our written agreement. They went back to normal when the owner decided to make it right and I was able to get my car!

Dealer honored written agreement after owner stepped in. Have to give it to him for turning a source experience to a great one today. He actually had all employees come out and tell them that what was done to me is exactly what he will never tolerate.

Today the dealer has listed the LE as for sale despite ongoing process... Most likely this will end as an academic process since, by the time all the agencies involved get to see the case, the car is going to be long gone.
Not counting on Ford doing much. What I'm hoping is that, between the process I have started, Ford contacting them, news (contacted several news outlets to let them know what was happening), Arizona State Attorney's office, and Federal Trade Commission, we can all persuade them to sell at MSRP...
