...SO MY DAY IS NEXT THURS (wooo hoo!) . However, I paid for the guest for the reception dinner, etc and now I hear the reception dinner is cancelled. Truthfully, my guest is not super into track cars, and has family she could visit in the area. With the dinner cancelled, anyone get feedback...
I still don't believe a 2019 and up GT350 can't be any less 'serious' a track car than the R. Not by any significant margin. We have the miniscule lap and track time differences from creditable sources (including Ford Performance!) that literally show this, so to say otherwise...even in stock...
There is the issue. If you could pay msrp. I also wanted the car asap as my thoughts were at that time I'd better hurry, theses 2019 blowouts deals won't last. In reality they even got a little better but I'm happy with my deal
With the same motor, same trans, and the 2019 up re-done grille and rear swing (and Gurney flap that you can just add to any of them), that's why I say with the right track tire and forged wheel, the base is within a spitting distance . HOWEVER...if Tim here got a R for 5K more, I would of too...
Agreed, he may not want to run out and get spendy wheels and tires trying to get the base closer to an R. Very true. And even if you do it may be the R has an edge, The question is, if you have a set of nice stock street wheels, maybe PS4 or Conti with less tramline then either, so it's an...
Very sound logic in my book. I don't know if the radiator is different, but I tracked mine in 90 plus degrees, she was a champ and cool as a cucumber.
I'd think just the lowered stance would give it that look, but what driving modes were they in? The Magnaride setting matters too
1.5...
Very cool. No wrong choices here, just what you think is right for you. I love the R. The coolest thing ever!!! But I just couldn't justify it for myself. Reasons in the above past post....
This is my .02 cents, I already know I will get some hate, but this is my thoughts, coming from being a Porsche guy. My understanding from listening to Randy's comments when comparing the 2 versions, and the comments from the head of Ford Performance was ...."it's most all in the shoes". "I can...
Your on the same day as me, Sept 30 was to be the dinner but as you say, seems to be cancelled (BUMMER) .
I paid $179 for the non driving guest. I figured dinner night before was some of that....
I am confused about this, I apologize
I would like to know how many GT350 and GT350R were made, that alone is good to know. Even cooler if we knew how many in each color, etc
Your saying to know that, you have to pay for it?
thanks!
close to $50. I thought it was some big overstock sale. In reality, they must buy them and mark it up
HAIL MARY HAIL MARY HAIL MARY HAIL MARY HAIL MARY HAIL MARY HAIL MARY HAIL MARY HAIL MARY HAIL MARY
This is very confusing now. My apologies if this was not correct. I could of swore the last 2 from Amazon were in fact with a Chinese label. I have a fleet of work trucks mostly Fords and I get a lot of parts. But, that looks pretty blatant, again apologies to all, a huge embarrassment to myself
Actually I didn't know they made different "levels" of Weathertech. I just bought a set off ebay and they weren't really custom fitted, etc. Meh. No so great
My gut says 2019 will be more then we expect. Maybe they are stalling with the figures to try to keep the 'exclusive" vibe going, when it isn't so much
