  2. Any dyno graphs with Comp cr Stg 3 cams?

I'd say at .55 you will hit the piston - it's doable but you would need to lock the VCT and play a bit with degree wheel - I'm sure at some spot it will clear just fine. You can always make your own custom grind? Why not talk to Comp and see what they have to say about not doing more lift?
  3. Any dyno graphs with Comp cr Stg 3 cams?

You are going to hit the piston with more lift on stock rotating assy. That's why Comp is not offering more lift. You would then need a locked VCT or limiters. Comps have more lift anyway but just a little. Gains with .550 lift will be marginal if you take a close look at stock flow graph -...
  4. MMR Custom Blower Cams

    Yes, my bad. JPC uses larger valves for their stage 2 and 3. Stage 1 form JPC: 100 100 87 .200 187 151 .300 252 194 .400 290 210 .500 312 218 .600 318 220 .650 320 222 So Gremlinsteve did with stock valves: .500- 328 intake? Impressive but hmm...hard to...
  5. MMR Custom Blower Cams

    JPC stage 3 heads data: .100 102 88 .200 205 160 .300 271 205 .400 305 221 .500 327 232 .600 339 243 .650 342 249 It's 327 at .500 lift which is best I've seen so far. Small gains above .500 lift proves that you don't really need more lift with this heads. Sock head: .100 99...
  6. MMR Custom Blower Cams

They do but absolutely tops at .600 lift which you do not have with normal cams. Stock: .500 289.4 201.4
  7. ZL1 shoots for 200MPH!

Today's episode of Motor Trend's Ignition is featuring this car - looks neat! Just finished watching :headbang:
  8. Atlanta s550s Intake Manifold Shootout

No need to - Lund tuned mine to the stock level - you really can't tell the difference.
  9. GT350 vs Stock Intake FYI...

OK, thx, Very good results
  10. GT350 vs Stock Intake FYI...

So cat-back and cold air intake? No exhaust headers?
  11. Any dyno graphs with Comp cr Stg 3 cams?

Springs are cheap - you are correct. Plus you can change them without removing heads. For now I just can't justify that. My car feels strong up to 7300 and then you can tell that it just spins higher but it's not making power anymore. IMO shifting at 7400-7500 gives the best results with GT350...
  12. GT350 vs Stock Intake FYI...

    Any other changes like exhaust?
  13. Comp cams?

Any dyno sheet to share m8?
  14. Comp cams?

  16. Any dyno graphs with Comp cr Stg 3 cams?

No, you don't know what you are talking about. It's called a SOFT limit and HARD limit. In reality car would spin to 7000 so your theories are wrong...now check again and see different values for ignition and fuel. Temperature dependent RPM limit...geee...we are in 21st century and every tune...
  17. Any dyno graphs with Comp cr Stg 3 cams?

No, you are incorrect. VCT is not that fast to change the valve timing for each single cylinder - it changes the timing for the whole event which is constant - and you can adjust the ignition hence you can change the timing. My auto had 7000 limit - your info is wrong. I know - I looked inside...
  18. Any dyno graphs with Comp cr Stg 3 cams?

Just to be clear - "Event" in my dictionary is strictly related to firing order - event means where the lobe peak is located in firing order and this is fixed and not adjustable. You can move "all events" in time as you can modify the VCT but you can't change the "single event" occurrence as...
  19. Any dyno graphs with Comp cr Stg 3 cams?

OK, time to end this song...not like 1970's rock band...or you mate... I believe if they reckon cams are NSR they are NSR. I've never said Comp is the best, never said that any other brand is worse. I just refuse to accept that Comp is selling BS... You will go with L&M - kewl! I will go...
  20. Any dyno graphs with Comp cr Stg 3 cams?

It's not semantics - it's engineering...and it's not stupid. Comp Cams founded in 1976...makes what, burgers for living? Jon Lund: I've made 470 to the tire on a GT350 manifold setup with Comp Stage 2 blower cams (similar specs to the Stage 3 NA cams, but slightly different (more)...
