I spent 29K OTD including TTL for my premium GT with several options. Sticker was $32K.
The 5.0 is already way past that Mark for equally optioned car.
Though for a 5.0 and a 6 speed with Brembos for the price increase is a solid value.
Since the 5.0 is carrying over, I would be disappointed...
Honestly, there's not much to go off of here besides the roof line. I've been trying to discern through all the padding, and Ford has done an excellent job at veiling the details.
As long as it's financially viable, then there's no problem with that. I'm not worried about it either way. I know I'd buy the V8 GT and supercharge it anyways so I don't really care what else they do.
The new design doesn't disallow installing a supercharger. The issue appears to be hood clearance, nothing more. Putting a blower on with a taller hood is a piece of cake.
Also, supercharged Mercedes meet euro crash standard and use roots/twin screw style blowers.
Please,
Ferrari makes much smaller ci V8 engines that can easily make 600hp.
How awesome would an Direct Injected, 11.5:1 compression, 8500 rpm 600hp NA mustang be? Freaking amazing, that's what.
If they nail the suspension right, and make weight reduction a priority (which the high end SVT...
From all the pics I've seen of mules, the track looks to be about an inch to an inch and a half wider per side.
This pic is an illusion. Those versed in perspective can follow lines and realize that the tires aren't sticking out from the edge of the fender all that much.
Ferrari does the best at front-engine "fastback" design IMO. The 575, 599 and F12 are all beautiful cars.
My rendering, which is near completion, makes the fastback look feel light, sporty, aggressive and "Mustang".
You are in the small minority here.
No way will they offer a bare bones stripped model.
The base level cars will not be jam packed with stuff, but they won't be bare either. They still need to hit that price point.
The problem with renderings only is that I think most people just look at a picture and place judgement instead of actually visualizing what that car would look like full scale in front of them. The plague around Mustang forums is that "Mustang" means different things to different people and...
Nearly every single 16 year old in my state takes drivers education, gets their license and begins driving and they WANT to.
There's a difference between not wanting to, and not needing or being able to.
The articles specifically state that economic environmental factors is a huge part of the...
