Yes, that does help! You need to press on the passenger side of the cover until the drivers side pops up and then pull out. Thanks!

Tried to access the recovery hook receiver by following the procedure below to remove the access cover, but even with considerably more pressure than “gently pressing”, the left side isn’t popping out. Anyone have any tips?
