Have them run diagnostic on it and discuss the issue. This looks like something you can't just fix in the garage DIY and can become a safety issue while driving. Haven't seen another post for this issue, maybe someone else will know whats going on. best of luck

What fuel is the car tuned to? And these engines are sensitive, a hot day versus a cold day can be a dramatic difference in "oomf". Hot day down here in florida mine is suttle and a little laggy. Cold day and that thing shouts and crackles, much snappier

Yeah I got a 16 5.0 w/ MT82 and same thing happens to me every time on shift from1 to 2. Some decent mechanical noise jargon with it every time as well. I say driver error...if I don't floor the clutch and I release high on 2nd its much smoother. But I like to stomp and jam so...be smoother...
