I think my plan is to move the brake booster to the top right port on the aspirator that is currently capped (same as the GT manifold is configured) That will leave the half inch port on the driver side of the manifold open for the vacuum block. Everything else looks pretty easy!
Have a GT350 manifold installed. Vacuum lines are routed as many others in the forum have done as shown below:
I reviewed the ProCharger documentation and can't quiet figure out how to route the new hoses. Would it make sense to just remove the hose with the quick release fitting going to...
Its because the engine side is a 5/16 hose, the bottle side is 3/8. The size change happens at one of the bends. I ended up getting a 3/8 to 5/16 brass barbed reducer at a plumbing store and making my own.
Starting install of Paxton setup and had a few questions....
Torque spec for pulley bolt? How hard was stock pulley to pull off?
Torque spec for bolts that hold bracket to Timing Cover / Block.... Instructions say to just "Secure" them. I assume the factory torque for those bolts will...
It was scary as hell to hear it.
The part I was worried about was the timing. But I followed the ford directions exactly and the motor seems to run just fine with no weird sounds.
If you were off by a tooth or so on the timing chains what would happen? Would it be obvious?
Just did mine the other day. I broke off the bolt going from oil pan to front cover because I didn't realize torque wrench was set wrong! Good news is timing cover is cheap ish so I'm just going to replace it.
Did you get some what like chain slap on first startup after getting things back...
So after going to several companies for quotes on a blower setup, I ended up going with the Paxton Beefcake Special. I have to give a shout out to Terry Reeves who responded to my messages at 10:30 PM on a Sunday night!
I CAN'T WAIT!

This.... I spent an hour trying get screws to line up to the holes. The 2 holes on each end I could never get the push pins to line up so i reach up there and stuck a J clip and screw in it. Felt like i was having to pull on the bumper. THEN after all that the damn thing wasnt centered. About...
I actually had the Steeda splitter on my 16. The holes did not really line up that well and the splitter did not look centered on the bumper. The splitter sticking out on one side was further than on the other. I can see that is the case in the picture above as well. When I sold the splitter to...
Good call on just replacing the entire panel. The stock emblems have the plastic studs melted on the back side. I had to get a second GT deck lid and pull the GT off a second time for the Stanintator badge because i cracked the decklid the first time lol.
All three rear deck logos use the same holes. Like someone else stated the front horse is different though. So just make sure you order the horse for the rear.
I personally have a GT with the rear badge changed to a "Stanginator" rear badge.
